Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the fd66 platform — including its website, mobile-optimised interface, games, sports betting markets, payment services, promotions, and any associated content — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and fd66.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the fd66 platform and, if applicable, close your account. Continued use of the platform after any revision to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. fd66 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. These Terms are written in English and are governed in accordance with standard online gaming industry practice. Where any translation is provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail in all cases of inconsistency or dispute.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

fd66 is an 18+ only platform. To register and use any service on the fd66 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

Account Registration & Security

Accurate Information Obligation

You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point (including during identity verification) is truthful and accurate. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account closure. fd66 is not liable for any loss resulting from a player's failure to keep their registration information current.

One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one fd66 account. If fd66 detects that a player has registered or is operating multiple accounts, all associated accounts will be suspended, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and all bonus balances forfeited. The final determination of whether multiple accounts belong to the same individual is made at fd66's sole discretion, taking into account device fingerprinting, IP address history, payment method records, and identity verification data.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fd66 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. fd66 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for all accounts. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have reported the compromise to fd66 support promptly and in writing.

Account Verification (KYC)

fd66 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in line with standard online gaming industry practice. All players will be required to complete identity verification before processing their first withdrawal. Verification documents may include a government-issued photo ID (NID or passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. fd66 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time. Deposit Rules

• Deposited funds must be used for genuine gameplay. fd66 reserves the right to investigate and reverse deposits that appear to be made solely to exploit bonuses or meet bonus wagering requirements without genuine play intent.
• All deposits are final once processed. If a deposit has not appeared in your account within ten minutes of a confirmed payment, contact support with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible, in line with standard anti-money-laundering practice.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within two minutes during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours.
• Withdrawals may be delayed pending identity verification (KYC), bonus wagering requirement completion, or a security review. fd66 will communicate the reason for any delay to the player within one hour of the withdrawal request being placed.
• fd66 reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits per transaction or per calendar month at its sole discretion, including as a responsible gaming measure for accounts displaying high-risk patterns.

General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are available to registered players who have completed the required verification steps unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
• Each bonus offer specifies a wagering requirement — the multiple of the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount) that must be wagered through eligible games before the bonus balance or associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are clearly stated on each promotion page.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated on the offer. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from the account without compensation.
• Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, bonus funds must be used before real-money funds in the account wallet.

Behaviour that constitutes bonus abuse — including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk hedging bets to meet wagering requirements without genuine play risk, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional structures — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus balances and winnings derived from those balances, and may result in permanent account closure.

Seasonal & Tournament Promotions

fd66 runs seasonal promotions timed to the Bangladesh calendar — including offers during Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (December 16), Independence Day (March 26), and major cricket tournaments such as the BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup. These promotions are subject to additional specific terms published at the time of each campaign and are only available during the stated promotional window.

Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

fd66 is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and enjoyable gaming environment for all registered players. The gameplay rules in this section apply across all product verticals — casino games, live dealer tables, slots, fishing games, and sports betting.

Casino and Slot Games

All casino and slot titles available on fd66 are supplied by licensed third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Spribe. Each game operates on a certified random number generator (RNG) as provided and maintained by the respective game supplier. fd66 does not modify game logic, RTP settings, or outcome distributions. In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round will be resolved according to the game provider's standard disconnection policy. In most cases, the outcome of the interrupted round is preserved and credited or debited once connectivity is restored. Live Dealer Games

Sports Betting

All pre-match and in-play odds are set by fd66's odds management team and are subject to change up to the moment a bet is accepted. A bet is only confirmed once a valid bet confirmation reference is issued by the platform. Verbal agreements, screenshots of odds, or partially completed bet slips do not constitute a confirmed bet.

fd66 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the outcome was known at the time the bet was accepted, where the odds were clearly published in error, or where the event is subject to a match-fixing or integrity investigation by a recognised sporting authority (ICC, FIFA, or equivalent).

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, bet settlement, or transaction, players must contact fd66 support within 30 days of the event. Disputes submitted after this period will not be considered. fd66's records of all transactions and game outcomes are maintained on secure servers and represent the primary source of truth for dispute resolution purposes. Players may submit supporting evidence (screenshots, transaction references) to assist in the investigation.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the fd66 platform. fd66 monitors player activity continuously and reserves the right to take immediate enforcement action — including account suspension, balance forfeiture, and permanent closure — when prohibited conduct is detected.

Prohibited Activities Include

• Multiple Account Registration: Opening more than one fd66 account for any reason, including to claim duplicate bonuses or circumvent account restrictions.
• Underage Gambling: Registering or attempting to access the platform if you are under 18 years of age, or facilitating access for a person under 18.

• Bonus Abuse: Any systematic exploitation of fd66's bonus structures, including but not limited to: matched betting designed to extract bonus value without genuine risk, coordinated multi-account bonus farming, or the creation of fictitious wagering activity.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including chip-dumping in poker formats, sharing hole cards in live games, or coordinating sports betting accumulator abuse.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to interact with fd66's games or betting markets. All play must be conducted by a human player in real time.
• Match-Fixing and Integrity Violations: Placing bets on events in which you have prior knowledge of a pre-determined or manipulated outcome, or facilitating such outcomes.
• Money Laundering: Using fd66 as a mechanism to disguise the origin of funds obtained through illegal activity. All suspicious transactions are reported in accordance with applicable AML obligations.
• Platform Interference: Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt fd66's platform infrastructure, game servers, payment gateways, or any associated technical systems.
• Abusive Behaviour: Directing abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing communications toward fd66 support staff or other players.

Account Suspension & Closure

Voluntary Account Closure

Players may request the closure of their fd66 account at any time by contacting the support team via in-platform live chat. Before closure is processed, any pending withdrawal requests will be completed and the remaining real-money balance (after deduction of any applicable bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's registered payment method. Voluntary account closure requests are typically processed within 48 hours.

Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling for responsible gaming reasons may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion. During the self-exclusion period, the account will be locked, all marketing communications will be suspended, and the player will not be able to log in or place bets. Self-exclusion is a responsible gaming measure — fd66 processes these requests immediately, with no cooling-off period. Account Suspension by fd66

fd66 reserves the right to suspend any player account at any time and without prior notice if:

• The account is suspected of involvement in any prohibited conduct described in Section 7 of these Terms.
• A KYC verification request has not been responded to within the required timeframe.
• An AML flag has been raised on the account and is under active investigation.
• The player has initiated an unjustified chargeback against a deposit transaction.
• fd66 has received a credible third-party report that the account holder may be a minor.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations require fd66 to suspend the account.

During a suspension, the account balance is frozen. fd66 will notify the player of the reason for suspension (where legally permitted to do so) and the process for resolving the issue, within 24 hours of the suspension being applied.

Permanent Closure by fd66

Where a suspension investigation confirms a material breach of these Terms, fd66 may convert the suspension to a permanent closure. In cases of confirmed fraud, money laundering, underage gambling, or repeated prohibited conduct, all account balances will be forfeited. In cases where the permanent closure is not related to fraud or prohibited conduct (for example, a regulatory requirement), real-money balances will be returned to the player's registered payment method after any applicable deductions.

Effect of Closure

Upon account closure — whether voluntary or enforced — these Terms will continue to apply to any outstanding disputes, withdrawal requests, or legal claims arising from activity that occurred while the account was active. The dispute resolution provisions of Section 6 remain in force for 30 days following account closure.

Governing Language and Interpretation

These Terms & Conditions are written in English and shall be interpreted in accordance with standard online gaming industry practice. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. fd66's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms at any given time does not constitute a waiver of fd66's right to enforce that provision in the future.
